Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one email box account to another, create mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you want to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
